Since the vintage 2016, « Le Palatin de Château Palais Cardinal » replace « La Réserve ». It is now the second wine of the Château Palais Cardinal. Generous, fruity and fresh, this wine is made composed by young vines, a majority of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. A little proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon is ad to complete with tannin and structure. Good to keep, you can also enjoy this wine young with red meat, cheese and even roasted chicken.
